At thesite (swedish)you can find more information and discuss electricvehicles.Laddbil can be used while driving a vehicle to record yourtrip andprovides a realtime comparison of fuel consumption andemissions,and how much you save or lose in cost compared to asecondcomparison vehicle type chosen. You can later view therecordedtrip in Google Maps and see trip results.Android phone prerequisites: Android 2.3.3 oraboverequired.You need internet access via SIM-kort or Wifi for the GoogleMapspresentation to work. The phone needs to have the Google Playappinstalled (parts of Google Maps code comes with it). You needafairly recent version of the Facebook app installed in order tobeable to use the Facebook friends sharing feature.GPS usage: If you have started the recording of a trip youcanthen place the Laddbil app in the background (suspend) or quititall together and the recording will still continue as abackgroundservice activity. Only by pressing the Stop button inLaddbil canyou terminate a trip recording session. If you forget toend therecording after your trip is over you might experience thebatteryoperating time reduced due to the processing.If the Laddbil app is not active on screen you can stillcheckthe status of a background recording task by looking in thephonedrop down status panel and also launch the app from there toseedetails of any ongoing recording session.Keep in mind to have the phone out in the open during the triptoget good exposure to satellites for the best GPS reception.
